Royalty Rewards Terms and Conditions

When you get your Clancy's Royalty Reward Card: For every dollar you spend, you earn one point. Reach 300 points and you will receive a Loyalty Certificate worth $20. You'll also receive coupons for birthdays and anniversaries (provided you've given those dates). When you reach 300 points, you can start earning rewards all over again. At certain times, Clancy's will have bonus periods where more than one point per dollar will be accrued. You will be notified by mail of these promotions. (We will never sell or rent your information to third parties.)

How you can get your card: At the restaurant, simply fill out the form and give it to your server, hostess or bartender. Then, make sure you bring your card every time you dine at Clancy's to receive your points. Or, you can fill out an application on line and receive your card in the mail. It's that easy! What else should you know: Just for joining, you will receive a Welcome loyalty certificate worth double points on your next visit and a choice of a cup of our award-winning chowder or fresh house salad. This loyalty certificate will be mailed to you after registration. Also, receive 25 points for providing a valid email address. Watch your mail/email for exclusive promotions for Royalty Reward members!

Loyalty Certificates: Any loyalty certificate you receive will have an expiration date on them. Also, they will not be valid with any other offer or discounts. Dine in only. One offer per table, per party. Loyalty Certificates may not be used to purchase alcoholic beverages or applied to gratuities.

Rules for Clancy's Royalty Rewards Program:

1. Points are accumulated on qualifying purchases at Clancy's. You will be awarded one point for every dollar you spend.

2. Points will not be issued for gratuities or tax.

3. Points are not issued for the purchase of Gift Certificates.

4. No purchase necessary to get a Clancy's Royalty Rewards Card. However, you can only have one active card at a time.

5. To enroll, you must have a valid address and be 18 years of age or older.

6. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

7. Points are awarded at the time of visit. Points will not be awarded for prior visits.

8. The most points that can be earned on any one visit is 300.

9. If more than one card is presented at the table the amounts will be equally divided and not calculated according to each person’s order.

10. Clancy's reserves the right to terminate, change rewarded values or alter the program at any time.

11. Clancy's reserves the right to cancel membership.
